Product Review: Unicorn Soft Plush Toys for Newborns from GUND

Baby dottie is now 4 weeks old. Don’t ask me where that time has gone, I’m not quite sure. Well I’m still in that newborn fuzzy phase of sleepless nights and unbrushed hair! Baby dottie has been sent some gorgeous new plush toys to look at. Everything unicorn is all the rage at the moment so it was great to receive these unicorn soft plush toys from GUND UK. Unicorns are beautiful mythical creatures making them ideal soft toys for little ones.

GUND is America’s oldest and most prestigious soft toy company, founded in 1898. You can tell from the products that they are of great quality, with the silky softness of the toys.

We received the Baby GUND Luna Lovey Unicorn. This lovey is made from boa with satin inside and the border making it really soft that tiny ones will love to cuddle and hold. I can’t tell you how soft it feels, you really need to touch it! It’s perfect for newborns, and gives you a piece of mind knowing it’s super safe. It’s perfect for a sleeptime buddy for your little one.

RRP: £16.00

Toy Review: Kinetic Rock 3 In 1 Loader

My daughter is a tom boy, she would rather be outside playing in the muddy puddles than inside playing with her girly toys. So when we were asked to look at the Kinetic Rock 3 in 1 Loader toy set it was very appealing. In fact her aunt is a geologist and has always been fascinated with rocks so I’m not surprised she’s the same.

Kinetic Rock 3 in 1 Loader

I love the idea around the Kinetic Sand sister product, no mess, but still lots of fun and great for indoor play. The Kinetic Rock looks just the same. In fact it’s made from actual natural rock that sticks together. It can be moulded, crushed and packed together to build lots of 3D creative possibilities. I love the feel of the rock and my daughter did as well!

Disney Dumbo Activity Plush Baby Toy Review

With the new baby arriving next week, I was excited to receive this adorable Disney Dumbo activity plush baby toy in the post. We don’t have a lot of baby toys for the new one yet, there are stacks of baby girls toys everywhere! So it was a pleasant opportunity to have a look at one of the new baby toys from Rainbow Designs. They have put together a brand new Disney range exclusively for Tesco that launched in store and online on the 11th April.

Fairfields Farm Heat & Eat™ Crisps Review

As a family we love our crisps. Any crisps will do. From proper potato ones to the maize snacks. To be honest there isn’t really a flavour I’m not keen on. When we got asked to try out the new Fairfields Farm Heat & Eat™ crisps I was a little intrigued. Can you really heat up potato crisps? I know you can with the likes of Doritos tortilla style snacks but proper potato crisps?

Fairfield Farm Heat & Eat™ crisps - handcooked potato crisps

This was a new one on me and one I was gladly to try out. Before we get onto what we thought of the Fairfield Farm crisps I want to share with you a little about them.
