Top Hair Trends for Summer 2018

*This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

As we approach Summer, it’s time to look at the top hair trends for Summer 2018. Bold experimental looks and colours are all in. With throwback looks of the 70’s and 90’s. Middle partings and oversized braids are going to be huge this year.

Hair Styles

Sleek and structured updos are big on the catwalk. They show off the face, team it with a stunning dress and you are sorted for a night out.

Short bob styles with the ends curled in are big news for the easy to maintain look. In fact if you have a problem with a receding hairline and not feeling the most confident you can opt for lace front wigs which can make you feel amazing about your hair. You wouldn’t know it but the woman in the photo below is wearing one.

Many of you loved my Summer Checklist earlier in the year, and so here I am with what is predicted for hair and nails this season.

Review: The Twist Curling Wand from Xtava

It’s been awhile since I curled my hair, in fact I have always been a fan of straightening it. So when I was accepted to review this curling wand from xtava, I thought it was a good time to put some curls into my hair, long bouncy curls not tight ringlets.

I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging, you see the curling wand is a steal at only £20. It’s packaging would suggest a price at the top end, maybe closer to £80-£100. Inside the geometric designed box is another hard black box which contains the travel pouch containing the curling wand. Also included is a heat-resistant glove and instruction booklet.

Beauty Review: Sensse Silicone Facial Cleansing Brush

A few weeks back I reviewed the Sensse Hot and Cool Facial Bar, and absolutely loved it. This past week I have been trying out the Sensse silicone facial cleansing brush. After quite a few sleepless nights with baby girl teething and her nightmares my skin has suffered. It feels dull and lifeless, tired and spotty.

Sensse Hot and Cool Facial Bar Review and Giveaway

As you know I love to try out new things, so when I was asked to try out the Sensse Hot and Cool Facial Bar, I thought I would see what it’s all about.

The Aim of the facial bar is to ‘massage away fine lines’ now as I’m approaching my middle 30’s they are creeping in. More so now I’m a mum! oh the stress!

Oyster Skincare Brightening Eye Serum Review and Giveaway

I’m not a huge makeup girl as you can probably tell, but I do have the odd face and tubs of skin cream around. I may forget to use it most days but I try! When I was asked to try out this Oyster Skincare Brightening Eye Serum I thought it wouldn’t hurt to give it a go. Maybe it will help to remove the bags from around my tired eyes. It might even give me one of those fresh face looks!

With work. moving house, baby girl and other things going on at the moment my poor eyes need some attention. Tired is an understatement!
