Netflix is really popular at the moment with all the family, least of all baby girl who has become attached to Luna Petunia. If you don’t know who Luna Petunia is she is a fun loving girl who enters a dreamland called Amazia through her magic toy chest to a world where adventures, learning and friendships await her. She makes the impossible possible with the help of her friends in the toy chest.
Luna Petunia is a Netflix original show created by Saban and Crique Du Soliel Jr. The master toy range has been created by Funrise who also do soft toys, collectables, playsets and role play items, and we were very lucky to be sent the Luna Petunia talking doll to review. It retails at £24.99 and currently exclusive at Smyths Stores.
I have to say I’m fed up with cleaning up the kitchen floor after baby girl has thrown her food everywhere. I never thought that you could buy something like the splatmat to put underneath the high chair. BooginHead have come up with this fantastic yet simple mat that measures a massive 52″ round. The splat mat has been a lifesaver for my kitchen floor in the new house I can tell you!
The BooginHead splatmat comes folded up in this box which was easy to get out. I have to say as packed into the box the mat comes out with a lot of creases, that are not easy to smooth out. I’m guessing over time they will fade away the more it’s used. My Chicco high chair is a rather large high chair and the splatmat will fit comfortably underneath.
We have started to fill our walls in the new house with family pictures and memories. So when Twenty Fingers contacted us asking if we would love to review one of their gorgeous framed personalised papercut, it came at the right time. A bespoke personalised papercut to us would fit lovely amongst our photos.
The process of designing your own papercut on the website is fairly simple and easy to navigate. The hardest part I found was trying to decide on what words I wanted! I know I wanted a saying that would fit in with what I wanted to achieve on the wall. I finally decided on this phrase, it’s made of two of my favourite sayings.
Home is where love resides, memories are made, families are forever, love today, tomorrow & always.
As you know I’m always up for trying out new products and this past weekend we have been trying out these great bamboo disposable nappies, (or diapers if you prefer!) from a wonderful little family orientated company called Andy Pandy based in the US. They specialise in eco-friendly baby products. They are on sale in the UK at the moment so accessible to everyone.
We have had a lot of terrible weather in Cornwall at the moment, it’s been flash floods, windy as well as the heavy rain. Not really Summer weather! So when I was approached to review waterproof dungarees from Dry Kids I thought we have the right weather for it! Plus having a new garden freshly turfed it would be ideal for baby girl to get out and about and try them out.
Dry Kids have lots of waterproof outerwear on their site, catering for ages from 2 to 12 years. There are lots to choose from including jackets, trousers and wellies. We browsed through the website and loved the look of the waterproof fleece lined dungarees, in Raspberry of course! You can also get them in Yellow, Navy and Turquoise.
The dungarees reminded me of when I was small, I had a blue pair very similar and bright green frog wellies for splashing about in the mud!
My husband has always been hard to buy for when it comes to watches. He is a big guy at 6 ft 5 and his arms and wrists reflects this, so a bigger watch on his wrist always looks better. When we were asked to review the Globenfeld Super Sport Limited Edition watch I thought this one would be perfect for him. I don’t know if you remember, but last year I reviewed the JORD wooden watch which is a great dress watch but it’s not really for everyday use like this beauty.
