June Roundup
I have had a whirlwind of a month for June. Time has just disappeared. Baby girl can now roll onto her tummy. Which you can read about it in her 4 Month Baby Review She is growing very fast.
We have finally got onto the Baby Sensory classes that we have been waiting for. The first class was not the best experience which you can read about in my post ‘The Mummy Clique‘ but thankfully now we are 3 classes in it has been much better for the both of us. The theme tomorrow is Magic Fariy Garden which we are looking forward to.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with many brands over this past month doing lots of reviews and hosting giveaways. It has made my day to day life exciting while I’m on maternity leave as I have kept myself amused by taking pictures of my feet for Chattyfeet socks and also tasting the most divine chocolate from Choc affair for my review as well as doing lots of other things!
It really has been hectic!
Well I haven’t done any blog maintenance this month as I have been focusing my attention on my media kit. It’s a working progress at the moment and I hope to have it ready soon. It’s the first time I have attempted any sort of designing before and I’m loving it. I am slowly working out all the features on Canva which is the programme I’m using and it’s ace!
Baby girl attended her first BBQ which was great fun!
I have weeded and barked half of the garden and as you can see from my youtube video there is a mountain to go!
July Bucket List
- To finish my media kit. I’m finding it hard to get it to how I want.
- To start the weaning journey with my baby. Such an exciting milestone!
- To start pitching to brands. This is something I haven’t done yet but I’m feeling more confident now.
It’s good to have goals I think, otherwise you never know where you’re heading. And so satisfying to tick things off a list. Thanks for linking to #PoCoLo and sorry it’s taken me a while to get here x

I cn't remember what age baby eyes change. I'm sure by 5 months those of mine who were going to loss their blue eyes had done so. #KCACOLS
I really feel you on the mummy clique stuff, I read your post and that's the reason I didn't do baby groups with my daughter plus we moved when she was almost a year and I couldn't face dealing with the cliquey mums in our new town! I love the July bucket list idea, you have amazing content and stats so I wish you luck with contacting brands!!
I think it's a really great concept to add a forward looking bucket list for next month 🙂
