Who would have thought I would be very much into spa breaks. Whether that be a full-on spa holiday, a weekend spa break or even just an afternoon relaxing in the spa. Well after our spa afternoon at China Fleet country club earlier in the year, then enjoying the spa facilities at Bluestone in September, I can honestly say (as a non swimmer!) I love being in the water baths, hot tub, and sauna rooms. Not quite so sure on the ice rooms though! So I thought I would share with you some of the best spa breaks in the Cornwall. I can’t wait for my next spa mini-break. Hint Hint Mr B!
A high proportion of luxurious hotels in Cornwall offer the most amazing spa breaks, of course, being close to the coast you get the sea views thrown in. Take a look around spa breaks with Voyage Privé to find the right getaway for you.

Not only do you have the stunning sea views, sandy beach and surf, but you also have the Dune restaurant, cocktail bar and of course the spa. There are the ESPA and Gaia therapies available. With nine treatment rooms designed with total relaxation in mind. A heated vitality pool, jacuzzi, relaxation room, steam room, sauna, and a state-of-the-art fitness suite.

Bedruthan has an indoor pool and an indoor thermal spa with a giant sea-view hydro pool, a steam room, sauna and caldarium, and an outdoor Sensory Spa Garden which gets its inspiration from fire, earth, water, air, and space.
The Headland Hotel – Newquay
The Headland stands proud on the clifftop overlooking Fistral Beach. It’s Headland Spa has the first “5 Bubble” rated spa in Cornwall. Every element of the spa has you at heart. The spa leisure area hosts a state-of-the-art gym and fitness suite. A hydrotherapy spa pool, hot tub, Cornish salt steam room, Swedish sauna, and aromatherapy showers. You can book in for a specialist spa treatment or how about a couples spa experience?
The Scarlet Hotel – Mawgan Porth

Again like the others, I’ve mentioned this hotel overlooks the beach and out into the Atlantic. It’s an adults-only hotel and spa that focuses on holistic wellbeing and the nourishment of your mind, body, and soul. Facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor barrel cedar sauna, steam room, copper tub, cliff-top outdoor swimming pool, cliff-top hot tubs, and relaxation spaces.

The Aqua Spa at China Fleet Country Club – Saltash
I’ve personally reviewed this Aqua Spa myself. Set just on the Devon border in Saltash, China Fleet Country Club has everything you can wish in a relaxing break. The Aqua Spa has lots of rooms and experiences to try. You can start in the Spa Pool, then head into the Laconium – a Roman sauna with heated walls and seats. Other areas include the Finnish sauna, salt steam room, aroma steam room, foot spa, ice chute, Tepidarium loungers and experience showers. You can check out my review here on the Aqua Spa.
