Welcome back to our little weekly round-up of Living Arrows 24/53 (2018). I’m enjoying getting into the routine of sharing a little bit of our life and how my gorgeous 2 year old is growing away so fast along with the new baby!

You can catch up on my last post here before the baby arrived : Living Arrows 15/53.

The idea behind Living Arrows is to celebrate childhood. It’s name is taken from a poem by Kahlil Gibran,

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

Well here they are, my two gorgeous girlies. I cannot believe it’s been 9 weeks since my last living arrows post, but life with two became hectic right from the start. Baby girl is now 28 months old and little baby dottie is 8 weeks old, and those 8 weeks have flown by.

We have been battling colic and reflux as well as a possible milk allergy in the little one. As i’m exclusively breastfeeding I’ve moved to a dairy free diet, for a few weeks to see if this helps. It’s hard on me as a lover of cheese and chocolate, but I’ve found some free from alternatives in the supermarkets which are not bad. In fact I’m now a fan of Tesco’s Rocky Road bites which are milk, wheat and gluten free.

I hope you have had a good week.

So lovely to see you back – and I completely understand you not joining in over the last weeks. I found life with two so incredibly hard at the start – they took all my time and adding anything ‘extra curricular’ into the mix really just wasn’t possible. Your girls are so beautiful! x
