You may remember from last month’s roundup post that we were sent a few bamboo toothbrushes from The Humble Co. Well, we had a few spares, so I’ve decided to run a small giveaway, plus some toothpaste tablets.
The Humble Brush has a handle made from 100% biodegradable, sustainably-grown bamboo. Its bristles are made of nylon-6 bristles from Dupont. They come in Eco-friendly packaging. The outside box and inside wrapper are made from recycled materials, that can be thrown out with the organic waste.
The biodegradable bamboo toothbrush comes in many different bristle colours, so as not to mix up the brushes with the family. The bristles come in soft or medium. Available in adult or the smaller kids version.

Unfortunately the bristles aren’t biodegradeable.
Nylon-6 is not a biodegradable material, it is a kind of plastic (a polymer).
It is recyclable, but not biodegradable, so while the handle will biodegrade the bristles will still be adding to the plastic problem.
Good to be environment friendly especially now the world is full of disposable face masks
These are a great idea to help reduce plastic waste

Bought one of these toothbrushes for my son-in-law – they are brilliant for all the right reasons. I have only used the toothpaste tablets once and they take a bit of getting use to but perfect for travel and camping
