Having two young children, it’s important to start them learning about dental hygiene from the word go. As soon as their first tooth broke through we got them little brushes to gently rub over their tooth and gums. L now at three years old is really good at brushing her teeth with guidance. I love her full set of white milk teeth. Little Dottie had her first bottom molar tooth erupt this week. Shes been in agony with it, poor little mite. She now has eight teeth at 13 months old.

I’m so hot on brushing teeth…brush twice a day at least…and definitely before bed. I make sure my kids brush their teeth twice a day and they are only allowed water once teeth are brushed. As a children’s nurse, I’ve seen way too many bad habits leading to multiple teeth extractions!! I’ll be honest, I’m not so good at flossing and my dentist always tells me off but I am getting better! This is a fantastic prize. Good luck all!

The kids love brushing their teeth, iv done something right…however they also like hiding each others tooth brush …its become a bit of a thing and not pleasant if we are trying to get the kids off to school so we can get to work…my son this morning found his toothbrush in the cupboard underneath a decorating sheet covered in fur and wood. He wasnt impressed with his little sister at all.
