It’s expensive to go out as a couple and especially for a family. It’s reason for people to start bringing the high-tech entertainment indoors via a home movie theatre. The lights, camera, and action do not come instantly. Erecting the ultimate home movie theatre requires effort and thought. It does not require, however, riches and disappointment, as long as you follow these tips.
I haven’t written about the types of music I like on here before. In fact I’m a huge lover of music and always singing away, whether it’s in the shower, while I’m doing the ironing or in the car! So I decided to compile a list of my all time top 10 favourite song’s.
We have been very lucky to try out the Amazon Fire TV Stick recently. I know my husband was eager to set it up as he has missed the old Top Gear with Jeremy Clarkson since his show moved to Amazon Prime. So that’s the first show we will be watching!
Who doesn’t love Fireman Sam? I can’t believe he is turning 30! I used to watch him when I was small and then with my younger brother, so it’s something I want to do with my baby girl. She loves all the new cartoons and children’s programmes already but I want to get her into the older shows, like Fireman Sam. He is timeless and never ages!
It’s the start of a brand new year so why not try watching something new? Something you have never even contemplated watching before. Something you might have previously thought, no that’s not for me.
A New Year, A New You
My challenge for A New Year, New You is to sit down and watch some musicals! Yes singing and dancing and films full of happiness!
The usual films I love to watch are horrors, thrillers, the dark and serious side to movies. Musicals are a complete world away from those genres.
The list of musicals I’m going to sing and dance my way through are:
- Rock of Ages
- Singin’ In The Rain
- Jersey Boys
- Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
- High Society
