The cover is bright, fun, and hilarious, so you know it’s going to be a funny book! Mr B likes the cover immediately – the big kid in him! He has always been a lover of jokes! This book has cracked him up! He and my 5 year old have been having secret joke chats and sharing them over the dinner table with the rest of us! Family fun is what it’s all about isn’t it?
The Science of a Dad Joke starts us off at the beginning. It tells us why we need dad jokes, the science behind it and The Human Factor. One of my favourite things to do is to tell my girls, the jokes my late father told me and my siblings as kids. My dad was known as the master of jokes!
Apart from all 365 jokes, of course, our favourite part of the book is “Perfecting Your Dad Joke Technique” It gives you a step-by-step guide to deliver your dad joke! Perfect!!
