L has always found it hard to get to sleep. Especially now she is back at school her brain seems to be working on overdrive all the time. But I never thought to get her a calming plush, so when we were offered the chance to review the Magic Dream Light Unicorn with lights and sounds, I honestly thought this could be the answer to get her to relax at bedtime. And learn to wind down.

If you haven’t heard of the Magic Dream Light range they are made to help children sleep peacefully and dream of magic and fantasy! When you turn on the magic unicorn, you will hear relaxing magical music combined with warm coloured lights. The music will help separate from day to night when it is time to rest and sleep. Warm and soft lights will help children calm down and feel safe.

The cute light up white unicorn is more than a sleep/night time aid, they are the perfect soft and squishy companion as a comforter. Over the weekend L has taken hers which is now called CeeCee in the car for a ride to show her Grandma. I can see her going on many journey’s with us! With her pink sparkly magic wings and multicolored mane the adorable unicorn is a wonderful sensory plush toy.

It has a really beautiful melody that plays when you push the button on the unicorn’s chest. Also lights up with soothing colours in spots over it’s body. I love the fact that it has an auto switch off after 30 minutes so I don’t have to worry about disturbing L when she’s asleep to turn it off. You can change the batteries when they run out which is a great feature.

Hi, sorry to bother you but I have just bought one for my little girl for Christmas and I can’t seem to get it to play the music and light up for more than about 20 seconds at a time. I thought it was supposed to play for 30 minutes? Any guidance much appreciated 🙂
