In the Panama Canal, ships get to pass through highly advanced lock systems, and there’s hardly any room to drift or improvise. It’s all about timing and communication here, and the equipment is expected to work perfectly.

Northern Sea Route (Arctic Passage)
This is a really harsh route that opens up as ice retreats.
