Oh my days, the weather for May has been pretty rubbish, to be honest. We’ve had strong cold winds, heavy rain, and the occasional hailstone. Seems more like February than May! Thank goodness for waterproof jackets for the school run and getting to and fro the car!

If you haven’t heard of Dare2b then you really should go and find out. They are a super stylish international sportswear brand that lives on the edge. They create the best looking most innovative products for their customers who are into cycling, hiking, running, skiing, and any outdoor sport in between!

As you can tell by my photos that you will see below I have two very active girls who have no fear! They love nothing more than running around dancing in muddy puddles, playing in the garden – rain or shine! or hunting for sea treasure on the beach. Therefore they need children’s waterproof jackets that will keep them warm and dry and not slow them down.

What I love about the jackets the girls are wearing is that they are extremely versatile. They will stop driving winds, side wards rain and wet snow with a tough-wearing ARED 20 20 waterproof/breathable performance shell. The soft stretch-fabric moves and breathes for total comfort out on the trails. For year-round layering. Which is perfect for the Cornish weather!

The jackets have the cutest names – the pink one L is wearing in size 7-8 years is called Duchess Pink Berry Pink and the green one little Dottie is wearing is called Ultramarine Green Jelly Bean Green in size 3-4 years.
The jackets are made well and have plenty of zippy pockets as well as an inside one. The adjustable cuffs are very useful as well as a hood that stays on! We are huge fans of the Dare2b kids range.

We have lots of adventures coming up over half term the week after next and whatever the weather the girls will be protected from the wind and rain! Oh and just wanted to add, the grass on our front lawn in these pictures isn’t normally as long but we are doing no-mow May to help the bees!

Now I need to find myself and Mr B our own versatile waterproof jackets and we will all be set for our Cornish adventures!
I bought one for my nephew an he loves it. Its also fashonable
The girls look fab in those jackets, perfect for playing and for the school run as it always rains at school run time doesn’t it!
