Olly is a cheeky little octopus who likes to make the other sea creatures smile. No one is exempt from his tickly tentacles; in fact, the grumpier you are, the more likely he is to find you. Olly wakes up and decides it’s the perfect day for some ticklish mischief. Follow Olly through his day as he shares a smile with many of his sea friends. Will he manage to make you smile too?

What We Thought

What a dear little book, it’s bright, colourful and much fun to read. Now that L has started preschool, she has a new found love for words and pictures. She’s started learning her phonics and is loving the letters. So although we’ve always loved books, shes taken the next step into the world of books. Characters like Olly really help little ones to get involved in the story.

We love the illustrations which is very important to young children to keep them engaged. It’s become a firm favourite for bed story time. If your child is interested in sea life creatures they will certainly love this.

  36. My children love the sea and they would enjoy reading this story and looking at all the sea creatures in it.
