If you’ve ever had a child who turns the living room into a stage the second a song comes on (or you’ve hosted a birthday party and thought, this needs more sparkle), you’re going to love this.
We’ve been trying out the Disco Ball Wristband from Wicked Uncle, and it’s one of those brilliantly simple gadgets that instantly adds a bit of fun to… well, pretty much anything. It’s a light-up disco ball you wear on your wrist, and it creates a colourful little light show wherever you go.
A mini disco… on your wrist!!
The first thing I noticed is how compact it is. The disco ball itself measures around 5cm, so it’s small enough for kids to wear comfortably, but still big enough to make an impact when the lights go down.
It comes on an adjustable, smooth silicone strap, so it’s easy to pop on and off (and it feels comfy rather than scratchy or plasticky). It’s the kind of thing kids will happily wear while they’re dancing around the kitchen, running around the garden, or showing it off to absolutely everyone.
What does it do?
This little wristband doesn’t just glow. It properly puts on a show!!
The dome casts a pattern of colourful light, using red, green and blue flashing LEDs. And there are three different settings to play with, so it doesn’t feel like a one-trick toy.
