Growing up I can remember my mum tending to her numerous bonsai trees. It’s a stress-free relaxing hobby in a busy world. On the blog today I’m sharing with you ideas for tranquil contemporary decor for your home in the shape of floating bonsai plants with AIRSAI’s spinning technology from Floately.
House plants are calming in nature and help to reduce your anxiety. They have been shown to lower blood pressure and keep you calm. Plants do the opposite of us. They absorb the carbon dioxide in the air that we breathe out and release oxygen that we breathe in. By giving the air in your home a refresh it’s no wonder that they help you feel better. Plus of course they are aesthetically pleasing!
The floating bonsai plants from Floately are visually stunning to watch. With their spinning motion of 360° the bonsai catch the sun from all angles giving you stronger healthier and of course straighter plants.
As if my magic the bonsai will float or levitate if you wish in mid-air. Well, how does it do that? Magnets are the key. The plant ( you can use any plant that you wish!) uses magnetic levitation.
It takes practice to get your floating bonsai in mid-air. They do say it gets easier once you learn the magic touch! Firstly place the bonsai and base on a flat, nonmetallic surface. Connect the AC Adapter to the power, and the other DC plug to the base. Next, using both your hands hold the plant above the centre of the base. Then slowly put the plant down towards the base. When you feel resistance, adjust the plant until you feel a gentle release. Keep the plant stable for a few seconds. Lastly, once you feel that the plant is almost balanced in mid-air (not falling down or being pushed up), slowly let go until the plant begins to rotate by itself.
I think they are truly unique, an eye-catcher for the home, with many mental health benefits for all. With two contemporary styles of the Floately Airsai to choose from they make a fantastic gift – for yourself or a loved one.
