As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Matthew manages every stage of a project, from the initial consultation and concept design through to planning applications, technical drawings and project coordination. This hands-on approach gives every client a single point of contact and ensures each project receives the attention it deserves.

ArchiCO works on a wide range of residential projects, including home extensions, loft and garage conversions, self-build homes, barn conversions and property alterations. Building on the success of ArchiCO, Matthew also co-owns Phase Cabins and Saunas, a Cornwall-based company creating contemporary garden buildings designed around modern living. Manufactured locally using sustainable materials, Phase designs and builds bespoke garden offices, studios, wellness retreats and multi-purpose cabins that help homeowners create extra space without the disruption of a traditional extension.
