Here is my Income and Stats Report for July 2017
I have been thinking for a long long while about posting my income report, I wasn’t sure if it would be welcome. I’m not one to brag either, TBH I don’t have a lot to brag about. I work hard to earn the few pounds I make on here. You see as well as running my blog I work nearly full time in my day job as well, so I try and use my time (the little time I have) effectively.
I learned a lot from Aby’s Project Productivity course on how to bulk tasks in one job lot. For example I plan what posts I have going out in the week and make sure I do all the photos for the reviews and what not in one go.
Last year I was pretty good about recording my stats and used to post a monthly review and bucket list, but I felt this got a little tiring so now I’m back with a monthly Income and Stats post. I will share with you my social media stats, what I have earnt from blogging and also things personal to me, such as what books I’ve read that month, how many competitions I’ve entered, (If I have won anything!) and so forth.
Social Media Stats July 2017
Twitter – 7202
Facebook – 1023 (finally broke the 1k!)
Instagram – 1590 ( I’m finding it very hard to increase this platform, every time I gain a follower I seem to lose two!)

I have made an effort to get started on increasing my Pinterest traffic this month. My first step was to sign up to Tailwind and schedule pins to get posted at the optimum times for the most interaction. I have been going through my boards and rescheduling pins to other relevant boards and also to the tribes that I’m in.
Income/Expenses July 2017
Income – £443.26 – Collaborative posts, Infographic publishing.
Expenses – £33.19 – PayPal fees, hosting, social oomph for twitter scheduling, postage for sending out a competition prize.
I’m ecstatic I earnt over £400 this month with my limited time available.

Hi Sam, Thank you so much, I really appreciate your comment. I use every spare minute to write and jot notes down for posts. For example at work on my lunch hour I can write a post out on the wordpress app. Then in the evenings I add photos and tags and jig it all around. Having a solid hour at lunch can be most productive as my 18 month old isn’t around! xx

Honestly I don’t sleep! I’m up late at night catching up and then up again at 4:30am to be at work for 5:30/6am on Saturdays. Sleep has lost out!
