The sun is out, the days are getting longer and Spring has sprung! With warmer days it’s time to have a look through your wardrobe and get out those Spring dresses and put away the winter wool coats. Make plans to go clothes shopping when they re-open and browse online for ideas for your new Spring wardrobe. Many of the fashion looks this year have an upcycling feel. Major fashion houses are making new clothes from old materials, it’s a fantastic step in the right direction for more sustainable fashion looks. So, I’ve had a good look around and think these are the Spring women’s fashion look must-haves 2023.

Spring Florals
Blooming flowers are one of Springs’s first signals. This 2023 season you will find floaty dresses, high-collared tops, and ruched mini-dresses covered in flowers teamed with the best boots for women. Light jumpers and blazers embroidered with flowers are a huge hit on the runways at the moment.
Holes
Yes, that’s right holes! Holes in sleeves and cut-outs in dresses, jumpsuits, and tank tops are all the rage. So don’t throw away your holey jeans they are right on trend for Spring 2023! One thing I will mention though is that with all the cut-outs, you need to make sure you have some pretty women’s underwear to do your outfit justice. After wearing loungewear at home for months, it’s time to show some skin!
Wide-leg
Wide-leg trousers are back. These were huge when I was a teen in the late 90s. Teamed with wedges you were the style icon of the times. A pair of wide-leg trousers will help you to balance out your bralette. High-waisted with wide-leg trousers is the perfect mum trousers for the season. Other styles for wide-leg are pleated, striped, and checked.

Other Spring Women’s Fashion Trends
- Feathers – feather skirts, feather details, and feather trim.
- Co Ords – a pair of coordinated clothing items – be it a top with trousers, a skirt with a blazer, or any other matching set.
- White – White midi and mini dresses, blazers, and shirtdresses are a huge trend this Spring. You will also see many monochrome looks as you browse.
- Bras and bralettes – if you have the midriff, statement bras are spot one. Teamed with a blazer you will be right back in the 90s. Checked, crochet, woollen, cashmere, satin, and denim are all in.
- Sheer fabrics – peek-a-boo pieces are ideal for warmer beach days.
