Competition – Win a month’s supply of Sudocrem Skin Recovery Cream

Today I’m happy to share with you a giveaway for a month’s supply of Sudocrem’s new Skin Recovery Cream. It’s silky smooth and makes your skin feel wonderful. I get quite dry skin at this time of year, and by using the cream before bed, I’ve seen a difference when I wake up in the mornings. Plus I’ve only been using it for 5 days.

Living close to the beach and of course being out in the garden all Summer. We have had the most gorgeous hot weather, and I do use factor 50 sunscreen due to my fair skin. But inevitably my skin needs a little time to recover from the sun.

Sudocrem's Skin Recovery Cream

“Cold weather and central heating can wreak havoc on the skin during winter, causing it to become dry and irritated. The key to healthy winter skin lies with hydration.” Says, Dr Vikram Rajkomar, a highly-experienced Consultant Adult & Paediatric Dermatologist. “Sleep also helps fight the signs of premature ageing by allowing the skin to replenish and repair itself overnight. You can give your skin a helping hand by applying a rich moisturising cream before bed for a brighter and healthier complexion”.

  1. Cleanse, tone and then moisturise – but, if i am really tired, i have been know to skip this in preference of a quick wash with soap and water x

  2. I’m a rebel…routine is just not my thing…hahaha, but seriously I wish I had time – thank god for Sudocrem, Vaseline and if I’m very lucky Liz Earle’s Hot Cleanse and Polish 😉 x

  3. I dont currently have one but my skin has gone so dry because of the weather so im looking to find a product to use this sounds perfect!

  4. Eye Make-up remover, deep cleanse with an oil-based wash-off cleanser & Foreo, then second cleanse with micellar water, Toner, retinol, hyaluronic acid, eye cream, face oil, night cream (I have very thirsty skin!)

  5. I make sure that my face is clean and then I put on some moisturising cream to sleep in, I suffer from dry skin so it’s a must every night!

  6. Sometimes I forget to do anything at all, but I try at least to wash my face with my tea tree cleansing wash or wipe with a face wipe.

  7. I usually just wash and leave my skin to breathe overnight as creams that don’t bring me out in spots are hard to find and expensive!! This is one I’d love to try, as it’s new to me x

  8. I’m so bad I literally don’t even have a bedtime skincare routine! Probably why I have awful skin lol

  9. Sorry didn’t reply to the question you asked. My normal skincare routine at bedtime is to remove make up with Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish
