Toddler-friendly holiday destinations that parents will love too

When it comes to holidaying with the entire family, it’s important that everyone enjoys their stay, which can be difficult for people of different ages.

This is especially the case if you’re a parent holidaying with toddlers – you’ll want to ensure that both you and your toddler equally enjoy the holiday.

Toddler-friendly holiday destinations that parents will love too

With this in mind, it’s time to discover some holiday park UK destinations that aren’t only suitable for toddlers, but are parent-friendly too!

St Ives Bay, Cornwall

Some of the best holidays for everyone are situated at the beach, and this location is no different! This is because the beach has so much to offer for a great day out and is accommodating to all ages.

You can play with your toddler on the golden sands, whilst taking in the sunrays – they can spend hours building sandcastles!

It gives you a chance to bring along a towel to get in some much-needed relaxation whilst keeping an eye on your little one.

There will also be places around to treat yourselves to some good food, or even a few cocktails, whilst watching the sunset with your loved ones!

Mersea Island, Essex

This is another beach location, but isn’t as well known, but it definitely has some hidden gems that the whole family can enjoy!

You might also want to teach your children a little history lesson, whilst in a fun environment, so why not visit the Mersea Island Museum?

It reopens in April and you’ll all be able to learn about the history that surrounds fishing and oystering – it’s only 50p entry for children.

After that, you can enjoy all of the local eateries, including the local fish with the entire family and broaden all of your horizons this holiday!

Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire

If you fancy visiting a more northern part of the UK, why not try an area in Lincolnshire?

The country park is a great place to go if your toddlers are water lovers and there’s options to join them in the water too!

There’s even a little kid’s section where you can observe them, whilst relaxing on the sunbeds that surround the area.

If you want to change it up and want some warmth, there’s an inside pool, featuring a splash zone for the younger ones!

So, why not take in everything that the lakes have to offer on your next break?

Rhyl, North Wales

This is another location where your entire family will never get bored, with plenty of activities to keep even the youngest holidayers happy!

It’s a great chance to meet some animals, whilst visiting the Seaquarium, which features an outdoor seal cove – with a breath-taking, underwater view of the seals!

There are plenty of other creatures to discover, whilst you all learn new things along the way, with this family-friendly day out.

There are so many activities to do that both children and adults will enjoy, but where will you be travelling to first?
