I just purchased Jovs red light therapy dome (?) and I noticed no reviews- red flag?

I only have the red light mask, I don’t know anything about any of JOVS other products. So I couldn’t say.
They do have a massive sale online at the moment which is the biggest of the year for Black Friday. Hence the lower price.
