We are about halfway through the school summer holidays now, so it’s time to start thinking about getting ready for back to school. TOG24 has kindly gifted us the girls’ jackets for our walks to school. The Cornish weather can be wet and windy in the winter so staying warm and dry is key.
If you haven’t heard of TOG24, they are a family run clothing business in West Yorkshire founded in 1958. I love what TOG24 stands for “Truth Over Glory Everyday”. They are about the “True” outdoors that everybody can be involved with; walking with friends to the pub or skiing with the family. Duggan Kids Waterproof Jacket
The girls are wearing the cool retro parka style Duggan waterproof jackets, L is wearing the coral in size 128cm and Dottie is in the pumpkin size 116cm.
I’m in love with the colour scheme of this jacket collection, they are inspired by the sunsets over the hills in Yorkshire. Other colours available include khaki, navy, and rumba.
They keep out every drop of rain, we’ve tested them in the Cornish mizzle! TOG24 has made these robust jackets perfect for adventurers! They have their signature dry-look fabric with an invisible water repellent coating. The seams are taped to make sure no damp seeps inside the stitching.
The girls love the faux fur-trimmed hood – which you can detach if you wish.
What I really love about the coats is that they are lightweight. They are lightly padded with a high-tech insulated filling for warmth but without the heavyweight dragging them down. Ideal for running about!
Pockets! All kids need pockets to put special things in and these fantastic kids waterproof jackets have loads, including a small useful one on the arm.
We are super pleased with the high quality jackets we received, to review from TOG24. I can see them lasting the girls for a long while and they will definitely heading back to school in style!
