Next year we are buying a new house, so we need to increase the value of our current home ready for selling early next year. Our new house will be much more child friendly than the current one. Plus it will have a decent garden not a slope out the back which we have now.
One idea that we are going to do is to tidy up the garden and make it more people-friendly.
You can check out my Youtube video below if you want to see our current back garden/slope!

I have been browsing the web on ideas how to increase the value of a home
I’m a huge lover of flowers so you will find many of my Sunday photos will be of some type of flower I have found on my travels. This week is pink roses.
The pink roses are from my dad’s garden. They have lasted really well but are on their last legs and have the most gorgeous smell. Nature at it’s best.
It’s not a bad photo taken with my iPhone 4s if I say so myself, but I can’t wait to get a newer phone with a better camera. I need to wait until September to change my phone now as I’m changing networks. My current network seems very expensive to what I’ve found. It’s not too long to wait!
I you are all having a great weekend and hopefully have some sun where you are.
Welcome back to 7 Hints and Tips Thursday. It’s been a while since I wrote one of these posts and today I have a really useful one for you. It’s on how you go about choosing the correct greenhouse for you.
As you know I love gardening and I have been thinking about greenhouses for a while. I have always loved to have one to grow all sorts of vegetables in it. Like Tomatoes and beans.
I just happened to walk past this gorgeous Rose in my dads garden the other day and it really caught my eye.
The pink/red colour is just so beautiful – nature at it’s best.
This week with the warmer Cornish weather the sun has brought out my red azalea bush. It really is a gorgeous colour. My pink azalea is more in the shade so has yet to bloom. I forgot to take a photo of the white one in my garden. I just love the bright colours of azaleas. They just make me feel happy!
Last year I did a 7 Hints and Tips post on planting and caring for azaleas
if you are not sure what to do with them in your garden.
With April being very cold it was lovely to see my gorgeous drawf tulips blooming on the patio. I managed to get this photo on a cold but sunny day this week.
