These days, most customer’s buying decisions are based on colour, would you believe? Watch carefully and you will notice just how big a role colour plays in advertising, especially. That is because colour actually has a direct influence on our human psychology which is why it is able to effectively influence a consumer’s buying decision.
Hello and welcome back to #LuckyLinky week 12.
Thank you so much to those of you that linked up last week!
As you all know I love to enter competitions and have been doing it for years, much longer than I have been blogging! So we want to see all your lovely competitions all in one place. It will make it much easier for all of us who love to enter competitions and for compers who want to find new and exciting competitions.
The Competition Linky to get your competition more entries with NO comments required!
We run from Monday to Sunday and all bloggers are welcome to add any and all competitions they are running!
Join Katie (MummyinaTutu) and I in a competition frenzy!
Each week we retweet your posts if you tag us in your tweet (@mummyinatutu & @rachelbustin) and will also enter each and every competition ourselves!
We will also add your post to the #LuckyLinky Competition Page over on Facebook! Please remember to put a badge on it and use the #LuckyLinky hashtag to spread the love.
1. Add the #luckylinky badge to the HTML / Text portion of your post. If you need any help linking up, read the fabulous Linky Guide from Cuddle Fairy or tweet us (@mummyinatutu @rachelbustin).
2. Please do 1 entry on both hosts competitions (if we’re running any) and 1 entry on the 2 competitions after yours (if you want to do more then great!)
3. Retweet 2 competitions of your choice using #LuckyLinky (It helps if you have your twitter handle in your social sharing buttons)
4. Link a maximum of 2 competitions per week.

In July we have been married 4 years. Before that we were engaged for a few years but we wanted to buy our house before weddings and babies.
Back in October 2008 I never thought I would ever meet my soul mate, but I did.
Now that the warmer weather is finally here, you will probably be wanting to get outside in your garden as much as possible. And you may even decide that this is your year to take up gardening! If you have never really tried it before, it is a very rewarding activity that many people also find very therapeutic. If you are a complete beginner, it can be very difficult to know where to start. This is where this blog comes in!
So, let’s take a look at some fantastic and simple gardening advice for first-timers.
The Summer sparks birthday season in our family, with no less than 5 birthdays coming up in the next couple of months. I have been trying to get ahead making plans for parties, presents and other arrangements, we have a 6th birthday and a 40th amongst them!
What does a birthday party mean to you?
For me a birthday party is a chance to get family and friends together, to celebrate. Last year it was my mother-in-law’s 70th and we put on a little surprise afternoon tea party for her. Lots of cakes, sandwiches and picky bits, accompanied by strawberries, cream and scones. She was absolutely delighted!
The other day I passed on my top tips for setting up and decorating a home office, but I didn’t go into much detail on furniture for your office space. I believe having good quality furniture for your office space will make it look professional especially if you have clients come to your home. For me being a blogger it’s highly unlikely, but there are professions such as accountants and advisors who may need their customers to visit them.
