I come from a family who are huge game lovers. With two sisters and a brother there was never any shortage of someone to play with. So when Megableu asked us to review a couple of their games, with which we could pick from a great selection I may add, I was very happy to oblige.
The first game we received was this Ultimate Spider-Man Projector game. I know my nephew will love this. He’s a huge Spider-Man fan. You can find our other Megableu game review here: The Enchanted Ball
Our second game from Megableu to review is The Enchanted Ball. The girly side in me decided to choose this game for us to have a look at. The idea of dancing with your prince is just like something from a fairytale.
Oh if you want to see our other game review from Megableu it’s just here: Ultimate Spider-Man.
The object of the game is to be the first to gain 4 coloured stars and be the star dancer. They have to be the stars of the colour dress, from which ever princess was chosen. The game is for 2-4 players from 5 years old and up.
Hello and welcome back to New Mum Stories. This week we have Kris from Max and Kai The Blog sharing with us her experience at Max’s first photo shoot…
Over to you Kris…
I had always wanted to have a newborn photo shoot when we finally had a baby.i had seen so many gorgeous pics of squidgy newborns in flowerpots,I was really excited to get some of the new baby. So when Max finally arrived I made it my mission to find an affordable local photographer.
We decided on a lovely local photographer and at 5 weeks we booked Max in. The day finally arrived and off we set ,Max in his baby finery armed with props and me and Danny didn’t look too shabby either.
I was jumping up and down flapping my arms when I was asked if I wanted to review a JORD watch!
These watches are something else! JORD specialise in sophisticated wooden watches. Beautiful timepieces made from various types of wood. So with the graining you can use each piece is truly unique. They have a fabulous men’s and women’s section. With lots of different and unusual watch designs.
I honestly still can’t believe I’m reviewing such a cool watch. I didn’t know you could get actually wooden watches.
The Frankie series which is the one I’m reviewing, are stunning watches on your wrist with all the links made from Zebrawood and even the face casing. The watches internal workings are a Swiss Movement which of course one of the best in the world.
Now I know baby girl is only 8 months old so way too early for potty training. Although Holly Willoughby did potty train her one year old son so she claimed earlier this year. As a new mum I honestly don’t have the foggiest idea when to start potty training. But I’m sure my mother’s instinct will kick in and I will know when she’s ready!
I know many of you are mum’s and some of you are around the potty training stage I expect, so when I was asked if I would like to review and host a giveaway for the Victoria Chart Company, I thought it would be a great idea. I’m sure you can also pass on some tips to me for when my time comes around…hint hint!
When I was about 10 years old I used to be into all the Nancy Drew mystery books and basically any adventure books I could get my hands on. I used to love going with my mum browsing around charity shops at all the books. We used to get some great books. Then Dad used to take us after school to our local library as well so I could top up my books every couple of weeks. Here I would save up my pocket money to buy the ex-library books. I would spend all day browsing in the library if I could!
Anyway onto the actual aim of this post. I have been given the chance to read and review a fab little mystery kids book called Mystery at the Ice Hotel it’s one of the Chasing Danger mystery books by Sara Grant. Totally my type of children’s book. I’m so excited to be on this book tour!
