After you have had children, your weight may not be the same, neither your pelvic floor. I know the last few words from my midwife, on her last visit to me, was to look after my pelvic floor and do the exercises. It’s easy to forget to do the exercises, then you sneeze. An oops moment and you make a promise to yourself to do them everyday!
Neen, the UK leader in women’s pelvic health, supports women with a range of innovative and award-winning products. Designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and effectively treat the symptoms of incontinence.

Air pollution is a potentially an epidemic in the making. With 40,000 deaths in the UK each year linked to toxic air levels, and the potential for the first death certificate to have ‘toxic air’ cited as the primary cause of death, it is an invisible killer we shouldn’t ignore.
But what can we do about it?

Obviously, paying attention to our carbon footprint is one way to fight back against the rising toxin levels in the air. Another is to put something in place that will clean the current state of the air.
Halloween is a time of celebration and superstition. It is thought to have originated from the Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off roaming ghosts. it also marks the time of year between the end of harvest and the start of Winter.
To help you get organised for this Halloween on the 31st October, I have put together a list of all the things you could possibly need and things to do.
- Trick or Treating
- Dressing up for costume parties
- Carving pumpkins
- Apple bobbing
- Playing pranks
- Visiting haunted attractions/houses
- Telling each other scary stories
- Watching horror films – (here are my top films)
