Living Arrows 13/53 (2018)

Welcome back to our little weekly round-up of Living Arrows 13/53 (2018). I’m enjoying getting into the routine of sharing a little bit of our life and how my gorgeous 2 year old is growing away so fast!

You can catch up on last week’s post here : Living Arrows 12/53.

The idea behind Living Arrows is to celebrate childhood. It’s name is taken from a poem by Kahlil Gibran,

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

Midweek Meals With Pukka Pies

When my husband get home from work, he is usually starving. Normally if he has been in meetings all day he doesn’t have long for lunch. So he is always asking ” What’s for tea?” Before I started maternity leave it was whoever was home first would start tea, now I’m home all the time it’s me! Therefore I’m getting back into my meal planning and stick it on the fridge each Sunday ready for the coming week. Midweek meals with Pukka Pies have become the norm lately with the cold weather we have had.

Midweek meals with Pukka Pies

The good thing about Pukka Pies is the wholesome hearty meal that they provide. Teamed with mash/chips and veg, add a splash of gravy and you have the perfect midweek meal for hungry tums.

We were very lucky to receive a shopping delivery of Pukka Pies and some accompaniments to help us shape our midweek meals.
