5 Tips On Making Your House Move Easier

We have been here in our new house for 4 months now. The Time has gone so much quicker than I anticipated. There is still boxes to unpack and pictures to be put up, but we are in. That was the most important thing for us. We have decided it’s our forever home, well unless we win the lottery!

5 Top Tips - Make your House Move Easier - moving house you need to be organised, pack well, have a removal company to help, keep the cleaning equipment out, tea and coffee available, moving house tips, moving house checklist and who to notify

It’s in the perfect location for both our jobs. Close to the town but not right in the town like our last house. There is a primary school across the road which will come in very handy in the next few years. Plus we are lucky to have a small park, village hall, post office and local shop. It’s the perfect village life.

Kiddiewinkles Red Star Toy Basket Review

Baby girl has sooooo many toys. Too many in fact! So when we were asked to review one of Kiddiewinkles Toy Basket I had a lightbulb moment. This would be perfect to keep her toys and bits under control. Hopefully my living room will be a bit more clutter free.

I have been on the look-out for something like this toy basket for a while to help me keep the place tidy, but I haven’t found the right one. With her only being 20 months old and still falling around, I didn’t want anything with sharp edges.

This one is exceptionally good and of high quality.

5 Top Tips for Newbie Bloggers

It’s now over two and half years since I started blogging. Do you know what? It’s been the best time ever. I’ve found something I know I was destined to do. It’s the right time to start sharing my knowledge. I knew nothing about blogging at the start and learnt so much as I went along. In fact I’m finding that there is always more learning to do when it comes to blogging.

Author Guest Post – Bedtime Stories for Grown-Ups

Today on the blog I have a guest post from the lovely Andrew Joyce. You may remember his guest post from last year on what it takes to properly research a book before writing. This time Andrew shares with us one of his short stories from his latest book.

Over to you Andrew…

What you are about to read is one of the stories from my book, Bedtime Stories for Grown-Ups, a collection of short stories that are a mixture of fiction and non-fiction. My hitching adventures are true. The Danny narratives are also true, but written from a perspective different from mine. The fiction stories are a jumble of genres.

There are a whole lotta stories in the book—700 pages worth. Enough to keep you reading for the foreseeable future.

PJ Masks: Time to be a Hero DVD – Review

Ever since baby girl could lift her head, PJ Masks has been one of her favourite cartoons. Now she starts dancing to the theme tune and tries to sing along, it’s so cute to watch!

When we were asked to review the new PJ Masks: Time to be a Hero DVD I think I was just as excited as she was. I do find myself humming along to the tune at various times of the day.
