As a kid I was obsessed with The Wizard of Oz. Saturday afternoons we used to love to watch The Wizard of Oz with Judy Garland. It was one of those family favourites that you can watch over and over again.

So when I was presented with the opportunity to read and review The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum it was a given! No way was I going to refuse this one!

You know how much I love to read and write, so when I was asked if I wanted to have a look at a new type of journal I squealed in delight! Yes!!

I’m in love with my new journal! – just wanted to get that out there!

The Morning Sidekick Journal is amazing. Full of ideas and tips to help you get the most out of life.

The Morning Sidekick Journal Review

It’s beautiful to hold. Hardback with fantastic thick pages, the feel of a quality product. It has one of those great bookmarks, so you won’t lose your place and an elastic band to keep it closed. There is the option of having a pdf version as well, so you can fill in on your laptop, if that’s the better option for you.

You know me and how much I love books, right?

Well when I was offered to review a kids book with a little difference and a story to be told, I couldn’t say no. TJ and his Wheelable Chair by Amanda Kehoe is a wonderful picture book explaining to children that disabilities are not a barrier to living a happy life.

The story is written by Amanda Kehoe, who gave up work to care for her son Tadhg on a full-time basis after he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and global developmental delay at 10 months old.
